Expert Edge operates as an independent expert network. We do not take positions on securities, participate in investment activities related to client projects, or benefit from the outcomes of client decisions.

2. Compliance Framework

Expert Edge is committed to facilitating expert consultations that are ethical, compliant, and fully aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Our compliance framework is designed to protect our clients, experts, and the integrity of every engagement.

3. Clients Compliance

• Clients are required to comply with our Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
• Clients must not request, solicit, or encourage the disclosure of material non-public information (MNPI), confidential business information, or any information protected by contractual or legal obligations.
• Clients are responsible for conducting consultations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies.
• We encourage clients to immediately report any compliance concerns arising during an engagement.

4. Experts Compliance

• Client identities remain confidential, unless the client authorizes disclosure.
• Every expert is carefully screened to identify potential conflicts of interest before an engagement is approved.
• Experts are prohibited from sharing confidential, proprietary, privileged, or material non-public information obtained from current or former employers, clients, or other third parties.
• Expert Edge reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement where a potential compliance or conflict issue is identified.

5. Our Principles

• We do not produce research reports, investment recommendations, market forecasts, or trading advice based on client engagements.
• We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advisory services.
• All consultations are private unless otherwise agreed by both participants.
• Expert Edge employees do not participate in expert consultations and do not influence the content of discussions.
• We continuously review and strengthen our compliance procedures to reflect evolving regulatory standards and industry best practices.
